Not at all. Many clients give us a door code or lockbox and come home to a finished job. Your access details and preferences are kept private and shared only with the team assigned to your home.
We do our best to send the same cleaner or team to recurring clients. If someone is out, their replacement works from your saved preferences so nothing gets lost.
Yes, everything: green products, microfiber cloths, and HEPA-filter vacuums. If you prefer we use a specific product of yours, just let us know.
